Paros Island
Paros is one of the most beautiful Greek islands, with amazing beaches and a great history. In the antiquity, it was known for its excellent white and semi-transparent marble which was the chief source of wealth for the island.
Parikia, the capital, is located on the north-west side of the island. Its harbour is a major hub for ferries and catamarans, with sailings for Piraeus, Crete and other islands such as Naxos, Mykonos and Santorini. On the north side of the island, Naoussa is the other main village of Paros with lovely whitewashed houses and a large bay that provides another spacious harbour. Lefkes is also a picturesque traditional village worth visiting.
Paros has numerous beaches with crystal clear waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The constant wind in the strait between Paros and Naxos makes this location ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing, too.
In this small corner of the earth, right at the heart of the Aegean Sea, we welcome you to experience the most unforgettable summer of your life.
